VILLAGE IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION OF REHOBOTH BEACH (VIA) DESIGNER SHOW HOUSE 2018.

The Village Improvement Association, (VIA) Rehoboth Beach, Delaware is partnering with Designers, Decorators and Landscape Architects to host their bi-annual Designer Show House fundraiser. The VIA is a charitable women’s organization that undertakes meaningful community projects for the benefit of local residents and visiting tourists.

This year, the 1980’s Kadow’s Residence located at 42 Pennsylvania Ave, Rehoboth Beach, Delaware will be completely transformed into stunningly beautiful home.  In addition to raising much needed funds for the VIA to continue its valuable work, the event is a also vehicle to showcase the work of some of the area’s leading designers. Peter E Designs enthusiastically answered “yes” to the VIA’s invitation to participate.

Each VIA handpicked Designer, Decorator and Landscaper first tours the house, indicates interest in and presents preliminary designs for at least two spaces.  The VIA committee meets and reviews the proposals and awards spaces to each participant based on the proposals. PETER E DESIGNS was awarded our preferred spaces, the Dining Room, Foyer and Upstarts Hallway.

Everything was removed from the house for the VIA’s Empty House Party held January 6, 2018. The event was attended by many of the thirteen home professionals, the local media and VIPS and VIA members.
